  • Blossm launched July 2020 with fundraising through Kickstarter. Currently, the mobile application allows for its users to swap, buy and sell their plants locally. Users can access a message board, and locate users around them who also use the app. 
  • When we performed a heuristic evaluation we noticed that there were some red flags in regards to user experience and wondered what else the users may be struggling with.
  • How might we utilize the existing Blossm to create a space for like-minded individuals to easily buy, trade and sell plants while also increasing their aspect of community?
  • In total we conducted 2 rounds of testing with a total of 8 users over 8 sessions
  • We’ve screened for users who would be interested in buying and selling plants both locally and online
  • We started from what was already established in Blossm’s original design, and moved forward to create a growing, caring and trustworthy community through branding.
